Re: flying circus ride

Okay, that looked totally insane. Just watching it was mesmerizing. And to answer james42180, I'm guessing that ride may be just a tad too hardcore for CP. (But then again, you never know . . .) I would definitely ride it once . . . but only with shoulder pads.

Monty Python does not suck.:

Re: flying circus ride

I could easily ride this. It seems like it's not too much worse than a giant top spin. Although the lateral spinning provides a new twist (no pun intended). I think it would be fun, but not worth a long wait (read: I think Chaos is just as good).

Re: flying circus ride

It looks like a slower version of Skyscraper, except it holds more.

^ No... Its not.

This ride would be awesome! BUT, I want to see a top spin at CP before this!

Shear brilliance!!! John Clease is a comedic mastermind. I love him as the new Q in the Bond Movies.

It kinda is. Skyscraper looks like it spins faster, but the dynamics of the ride are pretty identical. Sure you don't have riders at each end, but the spinning along with the structure spinning is what makes me think of Skyscraper.

Re: flying circus ride

Pretty much what it looks like they did with this ride is combined two rides into one, a Huss Top Spin and a Huss Frisbee. Sorry I'm not seeing the Skyscraper resemblance.

Re: flying circus ride

It was my initial thought. Of course there are other rides it looks like, as in a top spin.

Re: flying circus ride

I think CP would have to consider that there would be A LOT MORE piles of puke on the ground...not the best thing to have to bring guests back. I say leave it for carnivals.

Re: flying circus ride

Skyscraper spins on two axis, that thing in the video spins in 3 and would definitely be a totally different sensation.
