Is this an old article that you're just now linking to, or is the Register really a few weeks behind on their news?

Can't say I am surprised.. the ride is never busy and just past it's time.

Am I the only one who's going to miss this ride? It's seemed kind of toned down in recent years, but I still really like it.

Most of the arguments though stem around OM being in such a terrible location, that moving it would increase attendence.

Heck, I know where it is but never feel like making the walk over to it, I can only imagine that there are a large number of guests who don't even know it exists.

I actually ride it just about everytime I'm there to take a break from the coasters. So yes, I will probably miss it if it leaves.

I will miss Ocean Motion very much if it does leave. It could fit with a theme if they moved it over next to Hurricane Hannah's. I would be very upset if they kept Chaos and not Ocean Motion. It is a great family ride.

I'm gonna miss it now they finally decided to run it longer and faster. I (and by contrast others in my group) dubbed it the "Danger Boat" last year due to it's mediocre excitement level. We even came up with it's theme song:
"Midway to the DANGAH BOAT! Gonna make you ride right on the DAANNGGAAHHH BOOOAAATTT!!!"

But this years operation has definitely been ramped up and it's a far more enjoyable ride. So now I'll miss the "Danger Boat" even more.
