And they thought this would work?

Not Cedar Point specific, but I found this article about a family who tried to get into Dorney Park for free. With ten people involved, I can only conclude that they thought they might be able to get onto maybe one ride without a long line before getting caught and escorted out of the park and into a police car. Either that, or they all had some mind altering substances in their systems.

Proud to have fathered a second generation coaster enthusiast destined to keep me young at heart and riding coasters with a willing partner into my golden years!

They've been talking about this over on Coasterbuzz.

I would love to talk to the employee that thought escorting ten people without tickets into the park was a smarter idea than escorting one person with ten extra tickets out of the park....

I'm a Marxist, of the Groucho sort.

Nice one, Kevin ;)

All I know is I'd much rather participate in an argument over Fast Lane theft or people sneaking in alcohol to the park than a racial argument. That's no fun. I was shocked to read a post like that.

Considering the discussion in the other thread, it's interesting that he is being charged with "Theft by deception." I would have guessed some kind of trespassing.
