Hiring new employee

Hello! I currently work at six flags as a lead (team leader) and I know it's a different company but could I get hired as an in charge ?

Didn't you already post the same exact topic a month ago?

That was about being a team leader

It's really just about the same thing...

Within Ride Operations, there are two hired leadership positions at each ride: "Supervisor" and "Team Leader" with some rides (Sky Ride and CPLERR come to mind) having 2 team leaders. The supervisor is highest in command, with the team leader being second, although the duties are mostly shared. After them, there are appointed "in-charges" who assume the roles when neither the supervisor or team leader are around. This is an appointed position, and you have to be asked by your supervisor to assume the position.

For example, I was an "in-charge" at Shoot the Rapids this summer. This meant that on my supervisor or team leaders day off, I would assume their duties while the other is on their break, and most likely close the ride for the night. It is common for an in charge to close the ride, but not so common to open the ride. It happens, but not very often.

Hope this helps!
