Skeleton Crew performer fall

Does anyone know how the flex beam performer is doing after her fall at the 5:30 performance yesterday? During one of her last most difficult moves in her routine, she was launched more forward than usual and landed directly on the stage.

She was able to exit but was limping pretty badly. The CP rescue vehicle arrived shortly thereafter and took her away. I sure hope she is ok

I didn't see it happen yesterday, but made notice that the routine didn't look as crisp as usual on Friday night (2 shows that I saw) and Sunday's 3:30 performance. In fact, they were out practicing just before the 3:30 show, which I found odd. I'm wondering if it was a new beam performer? Given what I did see over the weekend, I'm not surprised something happened with that. Hopefully she'll recover quickly!

I know the beam performer is a different girl than they had last year. But, falls happen in that type of routine, doesn't necessarily mean she was lacking experience or talent.

Friday night looked a little shaky. I was up close and their recovery from close calls was great. But she looked a little "Jumpy"(No pun intended)after the near falls.

Was standing with my family within 6 feet of her. Hit her first jump and then was thrown higher on second and when she landed she went straight down on to her knees. On her second jump she just kept drifting forward and the guys holding the beam couldn't catch up to her .She at least was able to land. Basically from her knee to her ankles took the brunt of the fall. You could tell right away she tried to "tough" it out but the bigger of the two beam holders had a bad look on his face. It was kinda one of the those "Holy crap! that had to hurt". She took a couple steps and when she was walking off stage she started limping awful. Big time fingers crossed she didn't do any worse then one hell of a bruise.

Did she perform this weekend?

I hope she's okay!

They had a different beam performer this weekend, so the first one must have a severe enough injury to make it unable for her to perform.

The beam performer this weekend was excellent, she got really good altitude and her landings were spot on.

They had two beam performers today at the 3:30pm show. I think the first one was the original girl, so her injuries must not have been that bad. Then, the replacement they had last week (I think) also did a few stunts.

The girl that filled in was brought in to cover that section until the original girl was 100% ready to come back. They slowly worked her back into the show this weekend and thats why you saw two performers. The original girl will be back on her own next weekend. The female skeleton was out last week due to a minor injury and has since recovered.
