Special Needs Employees

In full disclosure I am not or never have been employee, but I do respect the hard work you all do.

Opening weekend while waiting inline for early entry various employees were arriving for their shift. As we were waiting a man in what looked similar to a security uniform was assisting another employee through the crowd to the gate. From what we could tell the employee being assisted was blind. I don't mean legally blind might not be able to drive a car but had a blind persons cane and you could tell by the posture of the man assisting him they knew how to navigate obstacles. The impaired employees uniform was the green and blue shirt you usually see in some sort of guest services.

Don't get me wrong I completely applaud CP's hiring of other abled adults but we have been stumped as to what type of position he could be in. Please pardon my ignorance on this, I mean no insult or disrespect but I have to confess my curiosity is getting the better of me.

With no knowledge of his qualifications, it's hard to say what type of position he might be working in. Given that he has a job at the park, clearly he brought the necessary qualifications to the job.

I'm a Marxist, of the Groucho sort.

If it's guest services they may spend their day answering phone calls or emails.
