Top Spin - New Twist

Anyone else come across this monster yetf? http://youtu.be/ezxTJmEsP4I

Edit: watch from the 0:56 section on. That's where it gets interesting! Standard Top Spin until that point.

I was thinking what's so special they had this at KI it was The Crypt inside; then at the 1:00 minute mark it pops it's shoulder out of place and blew my mind. Cool looking ride

Ya, that's what I thought at first too! Seen these in plenty of parks, rode the one at Geauga Lake back in the day and Kennywood. None of them ever did that! haha

There's a ride like that in Roller Coaster Tycoon... : )

Yeah, this isn't new. Though, I haven't seen very many of them.

That Isn't anything new, Honestly still seems boring to me. Only top spin Ive ever been on was at KI when it was still Tomb Raider. That was only memorable because of the unique way it used the ride system to tell a story and make it an adventure.

I'll probably get attacked for this but I'd rather ride that than Max-Air. Be gentle please....

Haha I'm just not a huge fan of the ride

lol Max air is one of my favorite flat rides at CP. I can say I would rather ride a top spin than Sky Hawk.

Can you say maintenance nightmare?

Skyhawk is awesome. I prefer maXair because it's longer but the lap bars make Skyhawk much better. The locations better too ;)

Enjoy the rest of your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! Ride On!

Being so used to the traditional Top Spins, watching that was like watching a contortionist. That seemed so wrong, and it looks like a mechanical nightmare. Cool ride though!

My thoughts exactly TC, that just looks like a ton of problems to me.

Are they getting one of these at cp?

Yes it will be constructed in Wildcat's place.

We'll miss you MrScott and Pete

I have friends who work on one of these. I'd rather have 100 Intamin rides to take care of than one of these.

NEVER LOL! I'd rather ride Dragster with roller skates than go on a top spin. That looks crazy insane. Maybe I've seen too many Final Destination movies, all I can picture is soothing braking and that platform just dropping to the ground with everyone on board.

I'm a chicken...I'll only ride the coasters

What is it about flat rides that make them scary to most people? I couldn't bring myself to ride Power Tower, Maxair, or Skyhawk for 4 years after I rode Millennium Force.
