SANDUSKY, OHIO, January 22, 2008 -- Cedar Fair Entertainment Company (NYSE: FUN), a leader in regional amusement parks, water parks and active entertainment, today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly cash distribution of 47.5 cents per limited-partner unit, continuing the company’s annualized distribution rate of $1.90 per unit.

The distribution, which is payable February 15, 2008, to holders of record February 5, 2008, represents the company’s 83rd consecutive quarterly cash distribution.
