SANDUSKY, OHIO, March 17, 2008 -- Cedar Fair (NYSE: FUN), a leader in regional amusement parks, water parks and active entertainment, today announced the hiring of Duffield Milkie to the newly created position of Corporate Vice President-General Counsel.

Milkie, 42, joins Cedar Fair after serving as a partner in the law firm of Wickens, Herzer, Panza, Cook & Batista, Sandusky, Ohio, for the past 10 years.

Cedar Fair is a publicly traded partnership headquartered in Sandusky, Ohio, and one of the largest regional amusement-resort operators in the world.
