Disaster Transport closes forever Sunday

Ride will be removed to make room for a new attraction set to open in 2013

Disaster Transport will make its final run on Sunday, July 29.

The ride, which has been sitting along the Cedar Point beach since opening in 1985, will be completely demolished and removed to make room for a new attraction set to open in 2013.
