Parent Swap and Fast Lane

Ok, so I know this is kind of "milking the system" here, but I have 4 people in my party that will have Fast Lane passes and 2 that are going along as sitters more or less for the kids. Does anyone know if CP will allow us to use the Parent Swap system along with the Fast Lane system? In other words, go through the Fast Lane and hand off a parent swap pass to the ride op. so the two people in our party that are watching the kids without Fast Lane passes can ride without waiting.

I fear that if I call CP and ask them, they will give me the answer I don't want to hear. Has anyone tried this yet?

What difference does it make if the answer isn't what you want to hear? It's the reality you'll have to deal with at the park regardless.

I am pretty sure you will have no problem doing that. The ride operators on the platform aren't going to forbid you from turning in a parent swap form because you are wearing a wristband.

I don't see why this would be an issue at all. If you bought Fast Lane, then your queue for the rides is the Fast Lane queue. One parent must wait in the queue for the ride.

I don't think you're "milking the system" at all. Now both parents can get equal dirty looks instead of just the one that gets put right on the ride. :)

Promoter of fog.

Well one big problem with today's culture is if he/she can do it then I should be able to it for nothing. Or in the simple view the complete lack of reading signs would help out also and explain so much.

Per quick example. When partaking in Coasting for Kids, it is amazing the amount of people looking at us like what we are doing is not right or they don't read and/or listen.

Just my 2 cents for today.

Jeff,
Just because the official answer the park gives me is "no" doesn't necessarily mean it can't be done out on the ride platform. Unless an official memo is sent around to the ride ops, the ride ops may not catch it.

You'd be surprised how quickly word can get around. All it takes is one ride calling it in to park operations and the word will be out quickly. Supervisors will be notified to call each individual ride with a clarification on the policy and possibly even your description if that is available.

I think they will make you buy a fast lane for everyone in the group

What makes you think an official memo is required to change how ride ops handle fastpass and parent swap guests?

I'm sorry. I should have simply just asked the Pointbuzz community if anyone has tried this. That's all I really wanted to know. End of story.

Not trying to stir anything up, but did anyone ever find out the answer to this question?

A quick phone call to the park will give you the information you want much quicker, and more accurately, than looking on here to see if anyone happened to have experience with a Fast Lane Parent Swap. That's the answer to your question.

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
