Fast Lane Plus on Halloweekends in Late September

I tried to look through the threads, and I didn't see this question anywhere. Sorry if I'm beating a dead horse....

I'm going to make a trip to Cedar Point in late September for Halloweekends. We're going on a Saturday, and we're going for the Fast Lane Plus. I understand that during any given regular season day fast lane plus lines can be roughly 5-30 minutes. If I pay the extra $$ for the FLP, what kinds of wait times do you think I should expect? Is it worth it? Thanks for all the help!

Worth it, especially on a Halloweekends Saturday.

The waits for the big coasters could be at their highest wait of the year for Fast Lane because of the amount of people that will buy it, because of how busy it is. Im guessing at the minimum of a half hour to even an hour+ at Maverick. But the regular lines will be at the minimum of 1 1/2 to 2+, maybe even 3 hours, and that could even be on the low side of an estimated time, depending on the weather! Just expect long lines!

I'm going on a Saturday in October and also buying FLP. When I looked up the price online they were $105, which I believe is a bit more than it was during the regular season. I'm hoping this deters others from buying and keeping the fast lane lines down! I think something about it being in the triple digits makes it seem a lot more expensive, even if its really only $10 or $20 more.

Yeah, we switched up our date. We're going on September 14th. (2nd day of the halloweekend season) I understand it's going to be extremely packed, but I'm also hoping the price of the FLP will deter others. I also hear they're going to have a Fright Lane Pass to get into the haunted attractions quicker. If so, we're going to purchase that as well. I really hope we still don't have to wait an hour for the rides even with the FLP. Does that seem possible? Based on where we enter the line with the FLP, how long can we theoretically wait?

Well, it also depends on how long the Fast Lane line is before the merge point. For example, on TTD it might only be about a 20 minute wait from the merge point (theoretically, I can't remember how long it really is) but if there are so many Fast Laners that it takes an hour just to merge with the normal line, then the wait could be over an hour. I can't really see this happening, but it is possible. Either way, you are going to be saving a LOT of time, because if the Fast Lane Lines were that long, I can only imagine how long the normal lines would be!

My suggestion is to wait until Sunday during Halloweekends. Dragster and Millennium's lines are non existent come 7:30-8pm.
