Speaking of webcams, what is that brown barrier along the boardwalk? (can be seen from cam 1) it goes from Windseeker to gatekeeper and parking lot along the beach. It's on the outside closer to the beach where that light green metal railing normally is. I wonder if they painted it brown or black for this season.
Probably hay bales. The park places hay bales along the fence in the off season to attempt to keep the sand on the beach instead of in the park
