Winter Chill Out Tickets

^ Damn you Cedar Fair for purposefully ruining Christmas.
You should reconsider your web based sales of WCO tickets for those with crappy service provider and allow tickets to be purchased via carrier pigeons.

Well at least I got mine! So, is anyone going to winter chill out? I'm going at 11.

I got two for the 11am slot. The website was glitchy as usual, just had to keep refreshing the page.

If anyone is interested in some Pre-Winter Chill Out partying, Jason put out the Welcome Sign today. Such a thoughtful person he is.

Any new updates? Areas we are going to on the tour? Events / interviews with staff? The meeting with live entertainment was interesting last year. Any mention of where lunch will be, I expect it will be in the convention center as usual, but you never know. Just any other info not announced on the live stream. Thank You.

Nope, no new updates. The tour will be self guided once again this year.

That's cool. I wonder if they'll have any of the parade floats ready? I'm sure we'll see the maintance shops again and the sign shop. I hope Town Hall will have a preview. Have they ever given a tour of the pump house for Shores,? That would be different. Maybe we'll get to see the new Fieldhouse at the Sport Complex. Hopefully they will be giving out Golden Tickets as some prizes this year. There has to be more going on then what we already know, it is the 150th.

We have never done the water park for Winter Chill Out and frankly, there isnt anything to see other than an empty water park. There isnt one central pump house as such and there is absolutely nothing interesting to see with water pumps, sand filters and chemical filters.

The different types of systems on wavepools has always interested me and I think a tour by an engineer or designer of the other aspects of the park would be fun but not so much when it is all winterized.

Only 5 days left any guesses yet of what to expect this year?

Probably some sunshine and a crisp breeze.

First in person look at the new toll booths being rebuilt.

I can't wait for WCO either. Although I'm still wondering when CP is going to do the ticket of a lifetime drawing.

Weird. No email with info here. What did it say?

I haven't received one, either.

I got my email about it yesterday. It covered basic guidelines and reminders.
