If you could bring back one defunct ride what would it be?

I'll drink to that. And one for Mahler.

A matinee, a Pinter play, Perhaps a piece of Mahler's!

I'll drink to that.

Cheers.

Promoter of fog.

1) White Water Landing

2) Wildcat (a very underrated coaster)

3) Cyclone (it may move up after I actually ride it)

Staaber, that's the Bayern Kurve, and yes that's a classic. Me, however, long for the days of the Jumbo Jet.....

Thanks! I was close!

I loved Earthquake.

While not a ride - the Fun House is missed! The upside down room was cool, the maze and the slide - oh my!

Switchback Railway.

Complete with man-powered lift.

Burritos, Inspiration Point, Fork Balloon Sports, Cards in the Spokes, Automatic Biographies, Kites, Kung Fu, Trophies, Banana Peels We've Slipped On and Egg Shells We've Tippy Toed Over

Never had a chance to ride it personally but I think the Frontier Lift would be cool to have back in some form.

I didn't get to ride Frontier Lift many timesbut I remember it being cool.

Frontier Lift was nice because you were mostly going over trees -- it was a nice, quiet way to get to Frontiertown.

Frontier Lift for me. I never got to experience it, even though I've been going to Cedar Point since the mid 70's. My parents always hated the sky rides, and when I could go on my own in the 80's, it was gone.

The one time that sticks out in memory I was riding with my best friend and her sister who would look down over the side and totally dead pan face say things like "I suppose it would be really bad if we fell down into the water wouldn't it?" No wonder Sky Ride makes me nervous.

Every time I hear Gary Wright's "Dream Weaver", I'm right back on the Himalaya, going backwards with the music blaring. Your right it really was cool :)

I miss that big blue slide that you went down in separate lanes in a burlap sack, not so much for me, but for my two boys 9 & 16. That thing couldn't have cost too much since there was nothing mechanical. However, insurance probably told them to remove it because of injuries ( friction burns, collisions at the bottom).

White Water Landing or The Pirate Ride.

I wonder if triotech will bring back the pirate ride. Not just in the same building, but the same theme.

My first thought was White Water Landing. I was so disappointed when they built Shoot the Rapids and I saw those things on land that spray people. Much of the attraction of White Water Landing was you didn't get that wet and I've never even been able to convince family members to ride Shoot the Rapids.

That said, I have to go Paddlewheel Excursions (Western Cruise). It was such a classic ride that I remember always ending the day on as a kid.

I would like to bring back white water landing
