New construction markings.

That's the thing, I assume not very often. Still, the Coral Courtyard, the convention center and the Coral Dining Room are located outside the park for whatever reason. I don't know if they feel a need to change that.

Went on a tour of the construction site yesterday. Nothing but a pile of dirt at this point. Pictures of the construction area and other offseason pictures can be found here.....

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Why were they offering a tour this early? Seems totally pointless.

The Great Ohio Coaster Club had their holiday party yesterday. We requested the winter tour. They graciously accommodated us. It wasn't a tour specifically of the construction site. Though we did go by there. We started at Breakers East, walked into the park by Scrambler, continued by Planet Snoopy to the construction site. Next, we walked down the wicked twister midway, around maxair to the main midway and up to the new ocean motion site. From there we went up the west side of the midway and over to blue streak. From there, we headed back to the Breakers East lot. We stopped several times for group photos and Bryan would also talk about various things they do in the off season.

I agree with DJ in that I wouldn't have the itch to go back to the park quite yet and check it out. Maybe closer to February/March as things are getting ready for the season and in the process of coming to life a little more. It's still really cool that the park does this stuff, it'd be sweet if they offered monthly tours or something.

After looking at the pics, I gathered as much. :)

I did ask about where the new beach gate will be located, and was told that he was not sure as of yet.

Did you happen to inquire about the construction schedule?

Vertical construction won't be until about March.
