Season Pass - Hotel Discount?

Hello! This is my first post here, but I've been a lurker on these forums for quite a long time now.

I'm planning to book a room at Breakers for a couple days in the beginning of June, but I noticed that on the CP website under the 'Passholder Benefits' page, it says that both regular and platinum pass holders get 10% off their stay at CP hotels. Both my fiance and I have regular season passes.

When going through the process of booking, I can't figure out how to input my season pass number or anything like that. Can anyone help me figure out how to get the 10% discount on my stay?

On the booking page where you choose your dates, you can select a special code toward the right. For the pass holder discount, the promotional code has historically been "PASS".

And you will of course be required to show your pass at check in.

Funny you should mention showing your season pass at check-in. I've never been asked to show my pass when I check in. Possibly they verify it ahead of time?

When I open up the 'special codes' drop down box, the only options I see are 'promotional' or 'group/block.' :(

If you have a discount code, choose PROMO then enter your code. Guessing GROUP/BLOCK is if a group has reserved a block of rooms at a set price, like for a conference or something.

I figured it out! You go to the drop down box, select 'promotional,' and type in the code 'PASS.'

Thank you for your help, everyone!

I got the pass discount for my room at Express this week. And I was asked to show it when I checked in.

I just called to reserve a room tomorrow. Customer service was great, even better than Chrome! As it turned out, by calling and telling the operator that I am a pass holder I received an approximately $55 discount on a lakeside suite. Inexplicably, the operator discovered that a lakeside suite for tomorrow is not only less expensive than a regular (non-lakeside) suite, but it was also less expensive than a regular, two bed, room. I've found that with hotels it often pays to "cut out the middleman."
