Tattoo

I have a very small tattoo on the back of my neck, about the size of a dime. Do I have to use concealer to cover it everyday, or could I just put a bandage over it?

Either will be fine, especially if no one knows about it to begin with.

Be careful, neck tattoos are prohibited, if HR sees it while your processing in they will deny you to process in, and if your managers/supervisors/team leaders see it you can be terminated. Its a part of grooming guidelines, tattoos on your neck, hands, face, or head are absolutely prohibited.

Like I said, cover it and don't tell anyone about it. Besides, what does the park define as neck? Above or below the shirt line? They don't actually define these areas and leave it open for interpretation. Just like when they tried saying a wrist tattoo fell under the "hands rule". Is it really your hand or arm?

wear your hair down for processing in. i dont think it will be a big deal if you keep it covered.

They define neck as the shirt line of a normal white undershirt and up. Use coverup if they see a band aid they will ask to see what is under it. Safety lost a very very good nurse that had over 14 years of service because of that policy last year and she wore a band aid on it at all times at work since she got it.

Does the park have the authority to make you remove a bandage, regardless of what is under it?

I wouldn't think they do have the authority to make you take it off but they can certainly ask you whats under it, but I can't remember much from my labor law class back in 2004 about making you take it off. It's not something that the police dept would state is legal or not, it would be held completely through civil court. All I know is that the person asking the question should be very careful with it as they have eliminated very good and seasoned employees. Now that they adopted this policy of no ifs and buts with the neck tattoo policy if they happen to find out that you have one they have all the grounds too terminate their employment.

I wouldn't think so either but I know the ladies in HR there have some pretty big balls when it comes to some of the things they ask of employees. But you are right and as I have said already, cover the tattoo up and don't draw attention to it and no one will even notice, especially a tattoo the size of a dime as the original poster was talking about.
