I was just looking at that dragster bit. Interesting to say the least. Perhaps it will be launched and maybe even dueling.

I dono, but it sure could be! Good investigating! I have heard from a lot of people (not on GTTP or the internet) that this is going to be a dueler. Hopefully!! :)

I hate to be like this already, but Dragster...? Of course it hasn't been announced yet, but... I dunno, it just doesn't do it for me, the theme (if anyhting like Knott's) will make up for the name I guess.

I would also not suggest picking up packaging list or touching anything around that site... that's a good way to get yourself excorted quickly out of the park, and perhaps to the Sandusky jail.

I did meet security. Nice guys! But I was not ejected from the park I was just told that I was not suppost to be in the area and then he left. I asked him about the ride and he just said that he heard it will be 400+ feet. Now that I think about the name it sounds like dueling coasters would be nice. Dragsters of course race 2 at a time....

If you look at the very bottom of the photo it list quantity 136 of a particular size of screw, and it says it's a pallet which would rule out being the ID# of a piece of track.

I think that Dragster could be Intamin's shipping name for the rocket coaster. That's how Xcelerator was themed...with a 57 Chevy. I think the 452 is interesting, but I wouldn't look into it too much.

I think we may have just found out the name of the new coaster. With that in mind, think about this. As far as we know, there are only two colors of track so far and that might be the only two colors. If thats the case, we could have a raciing/dueling coaster on our hands.

A name like "Dragster" is always associated with racing. Just my idea, but it seems very possible.

As soon as I saw that pic of the packing slip I remembered the one Jeff took of the packing slip on the MF train.

The MF one says the project name of GigaCoaster and it says T-411. The new one says Dragster and the T-452. Not sure what the numbers mean but Im assuming dragster is the project name and would indicate what the ride is like. Just a thought.

I don't know how many rides Intamin builds each year, but the 452 sounds more like a project number or serial number. I think Dragster is not really the full name of it. It could be just shortened. Like "twister" or "force". I bet dragster is in the name though.
