When does Hotel Breakers sell out?

What time every year does Hotel Breakers sell out? I want to go there but I don't know when my family is free off work......

I'm going between June and August, so does it always have a few rooms available? I'm a little nervous and have never stayed at Hotel Breakers before......

No way to tell what Breakers will do this year because they are opening an all new tower, and Sandcastle Suites is gone.

If they are “sold out” ask for a disability room, they have to keep them available off inventory and at the lowest rate as well.
