Anybody see the Pagoda cam this morning?

Both of the webcams that were pulled from the website have been frozen for well over 12 hours... Anyone else suspicious?

No. They have done this in years past during construction.

Most likely because the crew installing lights for Luminosity are right in front of both cams installing lights on Pagoda. Who wants to see a close up of some guy for the next 6 hours?

Nothing suspicious is ever happening when they shut those cams off. Take your tinfoil hat off and accept that.

Or they didn't want us to see them dismantling Wildcat until they made the announcement. So I'll just adjust my tin foil hat.

I don't know how we would see that from the cam facing the front gate.

The Luminosity construction cam is down as well.

Nothing suspicious, they just want to save us from watching construction workers relieving themselves.

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

The Pagoda cam is now in a new location by Frontier Trail bridge and Snake River Falls. There is a large crane. I wonder what it could be for?

^That crane is removing trees. You can see the wood chippers along with the other trucks from the tree removal service sitting on the midway.

Oh I thought those were dump trucks :p haha. Why would they be removing trees there though? There seemed to be a lot of dead trees within the Frontier Trail last year, but I don't remember seeing many outside of the trail.

Emerald ash borer, presumably.

There are enough trees at the park that I am sure you didn't see every dead one. They remove trees from all over the park every year. Some because they are dead, others because they are becoming a hazard.

I would presume the new view from the pagoda cam will give a wonderful view of Millennium Force all lit up at night.

lol power tower's lights are somewhat on right now, but it's funny it has only one red light on in the corner of the tower. Can't wait to see when the whole tower is lit :)

Has Raptor always been lit up like this or is this new lighting shining on it? This is from the news webcam.

To me it looks like just reflection off the other midway lights, cause when raptor is lit its much brighter than that.

If anyone's still awake, check out MaverickCam -- super moon over Millennium!
