Best seat?

So that I get the best ride and not wait 2 hours for nothin what is the best seat. I am looking for the seat that gives the best Drop, not how it feels to go over a hill. Thanx

I rode towards the back everytime. You don't get much choice because the only let one full load of people in the station at a time. Unless your the first in the station then you can choose which ever seat you want. Scott is right there is no bad seat.
Does this mean you can't wait for the front? If they only let one full group in at a time?
When the line get long they do not let you pick where to sit. The best seat(for your first ride anyway) is the front seat(1-1). The fact that you are in the front and have a perfect view will scare the living crap otta ya! That is where I sat on my first ride - note that this was my first coaster for 2000 also so it was REALLY amazing from there.

I sat in the back and I thought it was amazing. Even though they only let one train full in the station at a time, what's to stop you from getting behind the others already in line from the front car?

Um, the ride ops...they only allow 36 people through the turnstile at a time and those 36 people must fill the train. They will not let you wait for a particular seat. That doesn't matter anyway because there is not a bad seat on the train!
Does anyone know if that's a permanant policy or if it's just because of the long waits? I think I have to agree even though I've only been in one seat, the back, that there is no bad seat.

Just wait until there are three trains running.

i'm back and my brain is still scrambled...
Ok, call me stupid, but what does 5-1 mean? I'm assuming it's 5th row seat 1, but which is seat one?

FRONT SEAT - without a doubt! (and I always ride in the back seat on Magnum)
I've yet to sit in 5-1 yet but 4-1 was pretty good and so was 1-2 and 1-1.

I rode the very front the first time and I found the seat 4-1 is much better than the front. I'll check out 5-1 next lap.
I agree with the fact that there is NO bad seat on MF. But... the Intamin "secret car"(5th car, first row) and the first car, second row have been my faves:) My philosophy is to just get on MF and ride baby ride!!!!!!!

MF and that's my Final Answer ;)
