CP Survivor II, Round 3

Ouch!  I took a double-hit here, as my two favorite places got knocked off the list.  Reasons that Midway Market and Chuck Wagon Inn are my favorite?  You never leave either place hungry.  Nice portions, and reasonable prices.  But that's just me, and I'm only one voter.

This round, you'll vote off ONE Of the remaining 12 restaurants.  Voting for round 3 will go until Wednesday afternoon, at which which time two more restaurants will be removed from the list.  Feel free to vote even if you didn't vote in rounds 1 or 2.

Why is the Friar so happy?  I worked at Wendy's making fries for about 1 1/2 months in high school, and I hated it.  Come home feeling the grease coating your arms.  ugh.

For those of you who missed my belated Round II rant, I'll sum it up quickly...you Midway Market voters make me cringe.  Shame on all of you.

 
Since I adopted the 'Carbohydrate Addicts' lifestyle (and dropped from 275 lbs to 218), I really haven't eaten anywhere except MM for the past 4 years.  Frankly, I've even had some CP visits without eating at all.  So I'm not all that passionate about the rest of these places.

But I will vote for the Ice Cream Parlor...simply because CP changed its name from its original and formerly innocuous nom de plume.  Five 'PlayaBucks for whoever recalls what it was...

Thank God CP management doesn't base the offerings on the votes...Midway Market is the BEST VALUE you will find at just about any amusement park.Thanks again to DB for bringing Midway Market to the attention of us old time posters.

Now for this round....Breakwater Cafe...I am still waiting for the sandwich I ordered during the summer of 2000.

Duane, an idea for you.  I noticed there are still posts going into Round II, even though Round III has started.  Maybe when you tally the round winners, post that the round has ended.  Just an idea to allow everyone to know their vote isn't going to be counted.  :)
