I went on MF for the first time on Sunday of opening weekend. I bought the picture and it came in a unimpressive temporary folder. I was a little upset. I came back on MAy 25th and the new folders had been introduced. After riding MF again, I asked the on ride photo person if I could have one of the new ones. She told me I had to bring the old one back. Doh! The old one was in Michigan! Is it really that serious? I didn't think that many people use that excuse to cheat Cedar Point out of a souvenior MF folder. My goodness, the folder I have doesn't even say MF on it. I could be lying! I was just disappointed that they had such a policy seeing as how no one could really know before they got to the park. Oh well. I'll get it next time I go (next year) if they still let me.

I too, had that problem but, it was a bit different. I bought my picture on opening day. I looked at the folder and thought, "For the world's tallest and fastest roller coaster, couldn't they do a better job then this?" When the other ones came out I just bought another one. That made me soooo mad!

Keep the folder and next time you go, buy a new photo in a new folder -- hey, ya never know - that original folder may be something of a collector's item someday.
Thats what I was about to say CPAnimal. I am definatly keeping mine, so then I also have bragging rights. I can just bust out the un-impressive folder with my photo in it, and be like...OH! looky here!! an on-ride photo holder from MF from opening day 2000!!!.
