These supports are low to the ground.

How many footings did MF have?

Using a Windows Live Local close up, the lift hill, 1st turn and upto the first tunnel, I counted 84 footers. I'd have to assume another 200 for the rest of the ride.

Very low to the ground... Only a few feet off the ground.

Took a ride by today. Several supports are up, and others are in place to be put in. My guess is by this weekend quite a few of them will be in place.

Almost all of the current ones are in middle area and a couple near were the old drop ended and looped back to the station.

I amazed on how low to the ground this ride will be. The couple of the supports are very low and come almost to a right angle. So it would appear you would be sideways if this is a standard MF style track and near the ground. With that said, if something else other than track bolts to those circle connectors that would change things. But the connections are really similar to what MF uses. The big circle disks appear that they would attach to the track. So I vote that this will be close to the ground which should give a different effect for sure. Way closer than any other ride at the point.

Should have a great idea of how this thing is going to start to look by this weekend for sure.

I thought we knew the ride was going to hug the ground.

I think the ride will be like RITA: Queen of Speed at Alton Towers.

I am now seriously questioning the Inatamin prototype train, though those support are probably 7 - 10 feet off the ground.

I agree with gomez..they seriously look alike.

Another launch coaster! I have to agree with you though.

I love launches but I was hoping for a lift. The more I see the less it looks like it will have a lift though.

101 on Magnum and counting...

i would love a launch coaster like the hilk one at universal studios..its like a life, but it launches you up the lift tunnel then flips you upside down immediately after.
