Season Passholder survey

Or could it possibly be sent to those who had over a certain number of visits?

I don't think there's any one reason people get surveys. The company might want to hear from people who had under a certain number of visits, for example.

I Agree with noggin-
Most likely targets demographics the park finds desirable: using income, location, family etc...

We are 500 miles away in Wisconsin, probably not getting one. Been multiple pass holders since 2007 drop about $5000 to $6000 each year on resort/cabin reservations over 4-6 visits a year.
But I would not think being 4 states away they really want my opinion as I'm not really the target demo- most people in Wisconsin have never heard of CP or only seen it on travel channel (which is where we first saw it).

Either way it's good that they are reaching out to get information from valued customers.

Exactly. They may want to learn what would make season pass families of 4 or more with an annual income over $68,000 living in Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania visit more often, or what might prompt couples between the ages of 18 and 35 who make multiple multi-day visits each year to book a room at one the park's hotels, and so on.

Family of four within 1 hour drive was at the park 25 times this season plus Soak City and WWK maybe that has something to do with my quantity of surveys?

Single male with no kids in the 18-35 demographic here and I got one. There could be no rhyme or reason to the surveys. A computer program may just randomly spit them out to X number of email addresses. Doing this one does not mean you'll do every one cause i'm sure they want their results to vary.

I'm hoping for a more specific survey geared to the dining plan to be honest. I think that program going into it's third season could use the most feedback.

Absolutely, the dining plan really needs to have customer feedback addressed.

Just took mine. At the end of my survey after putting in my demographics I was asked if I would agree to be in some panel group for input about season passes and asked for my full name and prefered email address. Anybody else who took it get that?

I got the same thing after completing the survey. I opted in. I'm from northern IL, roughly a 6 hour drive from Sandusky, so I wouldn't consider myself to be in their target demographic.

I've had many friends/family/ex's go with, so maybe they considered me due to the sheer amount of visits I've had with bring a friend tickets being bought on my pass. I've had the platinum pass for 2 years now and had the dining plan this season and renewed my pass w/dining for next year also.

How do I know which park is my home park? I ordered my season pass last year through Michigan's Adventure, but I redeemed it at CP because MA wasn't open yet. Then I've renewed next year through CP's website. Every time I visit MA, I get an email with a survey about my visit (which only lets me fill it out once), but don't get this email for the other CF parks I visit.

We only visited twice in 2015 and both got surveys. We had not had passes since 2008 though, if that makes a difference. Regular pass, no dining plan.
