Shortest Line You Will Ever See!

I was at CP yesterday and got in line for MF at about 4:00. The line was really short. You walked in and you walked past the vending machines about five queues. With all three trains running it only took a half hour to get on it! 30 minutes on a Saturday! I don't understand it. I went on it two times before I headed over to Power Tower. I rode Power Tower four times. I rode the red side twice and the green side twice. The red side was 5-10 min. The green was 15-20 min. After that I went and rode MF again. I still don't quite understand why "nobody" was at CP on a Saturday. Anybody wish they were there?

I rode MF yesterday and the line was 1 1/2 hour wait, but every single time it was worth it!

I think the weather probaly kept people away. Funny thing is I dont believe it rained after 4'oclock. There was really no long lines at the park. I think all flat rides where walk on. I'm going back now hope its the same today.
It could be that all the "hardcore" coaster riders already rode it, wanting to be one of the first people to ride it. Now, everyone else is too scared to get on it. :) The general comment it my school is "I heard that there's a 6 hour wait! Oh well, even if I was the only person in line, I still won't ride it."
It could also be a case of a myth being spread so well, it becomes the truth for many people. In other words, if the myth is it's not worth going to the park to ride MF because there are six-hour waits, then many will, in fact, stay away---which means shorter waits for those of us who aren't persuaded by out-of-school stories.

Yes but that same myth of 6 hour waits would also want people to come ride it. I mean if people are waiting 6 hours it must be good. You could hit the coaster with as many rumors as possible, people will still flock out to it. The news here in Michigan has been slammin' the weather all week saying its going to be rainy. I'm sure that had a lot to do with plans for the point.

Yeah, yesterday (Sunday May 29) at about 12:15 we waited an hour 15 only because someone lost it in the train right in front of us and they had to clean it up. It would have been about an hour if they guy could've handled it. Then, later in the evening at about 8:45 we waited about 45 minutes, and then right after we got off there, we waited a half hour! But, we missed the cutoff time to get back in line (10:07) by TWO MINUTES! That kinda sucked, but RIDE IN THE BACK 3 CARS FOR THE BEST DROP!

With the 3 trains running it should make the ERT on Friday for Force that much more like actual ERT!!

Seeing as how it will be the only time I get to the PO!NT this year, hopefully it will.
Actually the shortest line was at the media day, we got out of the unload station, and then walked back into the load station.

I was referring to a regular public day.

I agree that weather had a lot to do with the short lines over Memorial weekend. It was busy in previous years. Longest Magnum line for the weekend was 15 minutes. I got about 40 Magnum rides in the 2 days. Rode MF 6 times Sunday. ran slow due to the winds. But Monday night,it COOKED!!!! Maybe the predicted rains will keep some guests away this weekend! Let's all pray!!
