Spiral capsule to be attached to Power Tower?

I heard that the red capsule from the Thread The Needle ride is being saved. It used to be Thread The Needle then Spiral Ride. Is the capsule going on one of the four towers on the power tower or will it be used as the control station? I read that it may also be an ice cream shop. Does anybody know of any of this?
