Anyone in line when the park closes gets to ride. The ride will keep cycling until the person is through.

no....everything else closed and we wlaked by MF and they were letting people in for about an hour or so

I've been hearing some stuff from the Lemon Chill guy lately, you wanna hear what he told me?

Was it down for a good chunk of the day?

The longest I have ever waited is 7 hours, the year was 1989 and Magnum XL-200 was opening. I got in line under the screws of the Corkscrew. It was very much worth the wait.

That's crazy, but I suppose I can almost believe that. I got in line about 20-30 yards SE of the bathrooms, and it only took us around 4 hours or so.

Brandon

opening weekend for Mean Streak it rained, we waited something like 6-8 hours for it. The line was not being let into the mid-field.

nope, it was up for the entire day...i think it was kind of an advertising thing...but it was awesome (from what i hear concidering i chickened out...god i regret that night lol). i guess because everything else was closed, every light in the park was out except for some of the lights in camp snoopy and the lights that light up the lift hill and drop...my dad said it was absolutely incredible and it felt like you were going faster than you actually were because of the lack of light.

4 hrs and never got on

This isn't an old topic. It was created in May of 2006, which is this year, by the way.

Plus, its better to try and find an already established topic rather than creating a whole new one, as 99% of everything that people want to say has been discussed multiple times. Of course, if a thread is very old - say, two or more years - there will be idiots who'll cry "thread necrophelia".

Sometimes, you just can't win.

I think in the past years I have been very lucky with my wait times for Millennium. The longest I have waited was 2 1/2 hours in early June of 2000.

I say more power to you, Jerreus. Your record makes mine look like the epitome of restraint. ;)

I've only ever been on Millennium Force once, and that was last Summer. Just about 1 year ago.

We waited around an hour and 20 minutes. I hated waiting in the hot summer sun, but it was very much worth it!

Go in May or Sept and stay at Lighthouse Point. The weather CAN be more comfortable and the waits much less.
