I had made reservations online at Breakers Express a few weeks ago, for the nights of 6/25-6/27 for $119/night. This rate still shows online in their little "chart" BUT when I went online to "check availability" for the same nights (just curious if the hotel was full or not), it popped out with a rate of $99/night! So I called, and asked very nicely what the deal was, and she lowered my rate. (So saved $60 plus 11% taxes & fees). I don't know if they would have revised the rate when we checked in or not if I hadn't caught it - perhaps this is something they do for quickly-approaching timeframes when they aren't as full as they'd like, to encourage last minute reservations. But it was great customer relations for them to give me the lower rate when I did ask. So, you might want to check out the online rates if you're coming in the next few days to see if they've gone down.

We were there last weekend and the billing plan was all screwed-up. i felt really sorry for the gals working the front desk cause they weren't sure how to read the bill. Make sure you double chek the bill when they give it to you. Ours was off by over $200!!
