It's free, and I think I got it from download.com, IIRC. Again, if that doesn't work, I have a modified .exe that will solve the problem.

Mmmm. Daemon Tools. It's not as good as just mounting an iso in Linux, but it is effective.

Am I the only one who has all of his serial #'s and CD Keys in one text file?

JuggaLotus's avatar

I never thought of doing that. Good idea though, it would save me a ton of trouble.

That is smart, Ben. I always put mine in separate text files, but that would be a much more elegant solution.

Gold star for you. :)

Brandon

Can some one give me a detailed list of what to do? i dont get all the files and stuff.

I just have 1 text file (on multiple physical disks/volumes) and I print out a copy (which is like 3 pages) and put it in the CD wallet which holds all of my Computer CD's. Works for me.

Leave it to a nerdy Linux user...

Well how else do you do it? Keep track of 50-70+ floppies, CD's, and serials? No thanks.

Thanks for the nerdy linux user compliment though. (Although I'm using Windows ATM)

djDaemon's avatar

I certainly hope you didn't take that seriously. If so, my sincerest apologies.

Brandon

bholcomb's avatar

No I didn't. But seriously how else would you do it? ;) (this goes along with my 'Im always right 100% of the time' attitude I have, because, well I'm always right.)

djDaemon's avatar

Photographic memory would be an even more elegant solution. And, since you're always right, it should be easy, right? ;)

Brandon

I've got a lot of the serials memorized actually.

djDaemon's avatar

Wow. And here I was proud having memorized 4 or 5. I guess maintaining all those rigs is quite a task.

I spent at least an hour searching around and following dead links and signing up for stupid forums to download these packs, and once it is all done, I try to load the game and it says that I have to go buy Wild! Expansion Pack!?!?!?!?! What is up with that?!?!?!? Can you PLEASE post a link to is that doesn't require the expansion pack(s)?!?!? And by the way, half the links you posted are dead. I managed to find all the packs except "Vodhin's Light Kit". Goodness, if you aren't going to take the time to post direct links and files that don't require expansion packs, why do you even bother?!
