I'd have to go with MF for the pain job. I wouldn't mind seeing the blue track painted black. I think it would make it look pretty badass. The blue is still great though. I'm interested to see what happens the next time Mantis gets a paint job. I have a feeling that the colors may change.

Am I wrong, or would black show its fading sooner than any other color?

MF needs it the most in my opinion. The track is so faded it is beginning to look like a sky blue (the supports look really bad too). Dragster could use some touch-ups, yes the yellow is really faded, but I just doubt they will repaint it already. They could start by replacing the TTD label on the red car that has somewhat torn off.

We were there a week or so ago with some co-workers who had not been to the park in years. She kept wanting to keep riding the big "purple" coaster.

Magnum waited 16 years before it got its first paint job. I think you'll find now, and into the future, that the bigger the ride (height and length), the less often it's going to be painted.

It seems that it's the tradition CP has started with Magnum. We'll have to see how it turns out.
