Workers dont know whats being built

Agreed. Except, instead of "written up", you probably mean fired.

Brandon

OOH.. fired is such a strong word.. actually in the world of union concrete which they are.. it would def. be written up.. heck as long as your not a driver you can actually fail at least one drug/alcohol test and claim a chemical dependance and the union will sheild you from being fired.. they will make you go to rehab.... but then.. bam.. back to work you go... i see it.. although not too often.. i had a guy knock a mirror in a dump... sent him to his mandatory test.. he failed for marijuana.. went to a sub abuse program.. and now he is back to work with just strike one

this is all so much fun to watch. You all that is...

I agree with you comments about the drug testing, Bill. And, I disagree with the union's methodology of using drug testing, but that's another debate altogether.

I'm surprised that there would only be a writeup, simply because of the substantiality of the confidentiality contract regarding the project. I suppose, because its a union, that the type of project would have little to no effect on breaking that contract however.

That just brought a nice smile into my afternoon.

An even bigger smile was brought as I thought of Mr. Kinzel getting a lapdance.

There's always the NautiKat on route 2.

Ralph Wiggum's avatar

I think NautiKat is gone this year. All the signs and such have vanished and the two cars or so that you usually saw there have not been there at all this year. Maybe Kat had to find a real job? :)

No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

Hmm, maybe... But their NO GUNS sign is still on the door.

Well there's always Diamonds. ;)
