Demon Drop

On October 20, 2009, Knott’s Berry Farm officials confirmed to the Los Angeles Times that Demon Drop would be leaving Cedar Point at the end of the 2009 season. In early December 2009, Knott's officials announced that the ride would instead be moved to Dorney Park in Allentown, Penn.

Demon Drop opened at Cedar Point on May 15, 1983. The ride simulates a freefall from the top of a 10-story-tall building.
