Hotel Breakers room types

Hi, we are planning to stay at Breakers next July for 5 nights.

We like to have a calm room, away from elevators, vending machines, perhaps with a nice view.

We stayed several times at Concierge level in room 10221, but were bothered by the ac unit on the roof directly above our room, which made a kind of disturbung noise during the night.

We don't need lake view, as there might be some noisy people at the beach late at night.

Where are the main section rooms located? Are they adjacent to the rotunda section?

Is it possible to sit down for breakfast at starbucks or is it counter service only?

What rooms do u prefer?

Like Jeff, I too like the tower facing the park now as well. Especially since the windows open all the way and you can let in the sounds of the park, it's a great way to wake up in the morning.

I have not been able to check out the rotunda rooms yet, but I plan on it next season. The layouts seem nice and unique.

Starbucks has places to sit, as well as the rotunda and the outside patio area. You can get standard Starbucks food items or you can have Perkins room service or to go for outdoor dining.

I actually like the tower, up higher, facing the park. Lake and beach views are nice and all, especially if you have a little patio, but every time I had one I was surprised at how little time I spent there. It all depends on what's important to you.

I'm not sure what "main section" refers to, but I assume you mean the wings off of the rotunda. I believe the online booking identifies those rooms as such if they're available.

Thanks so far for the answers,

do you know if the live band at the beach is playing every evening and how long do the usually play, are they done at 10pm or so?

We are considering to book a lakeview rotunda room over 4th of July.

I believe the band and beach activities were only on Friday and Saturday night and they went until Midnight. But what they did last year doesn't necessarily reflect how they will do it this year.

They had a DJ on the beach in the afternoon along with many beach activities.

Most nights the band would play early evening until around 9:30.

There is another band that does the Beach Blast with food and activities as well.

The beach was very busy and fun activities wise this year. The lounge is an excellent addition as well, with cocktail waitresses that work out on the patio fire pits and the beach and pools. Very nice.

Movies shown on an inflatable screen some nights as well.
