BREW & BBQ
Hi, we are planning a trip to Cedar Point and am just wondering if anyone did the Brew & BBQ last year and if you thought it was worth. I don't want to spend $20 x 4 if it's not. Food is expensive in the park any way, so I'm leaning towards doing it, but do you get a full meal? or just small samples of food? Also, how big are the beer samples? Thank you!

Last year was well worth it, but again, I like beer.
Where specifically in the park do they hold this?
Last year, it was in the lakeside pavilion. This year it looks like Frontier Trail.
What the heck...I'm getting in Thursday before Coastermania...Might as well give it a shot.
If you look at the photo on the page Josh linked to, that's what a full plate looked like last year. They had different sides matched with each main item, or you could get individual 'samples' of things. I thought the food was good but not great (namely the mediocre BBQ sauces), but it was their first time doing this, so I'm hoping it'll be better this year. It looks like this time they're limiting the food to 5 tickets, but that would still get you a full plate plus two samples.
The beer samples were 4 oz, and they had a ton of variety. Some of the brewery owners were even there, and enjoyed chatting people up about their stuff.
Last year food, and beer choices were great! We'll be doing it again. The jalapeno corn bread was awesome But the date starting/ ending are confusing...is it every day in-between or just weekends? Either way, a call to park will answer all(providing the person whom answers has accurate info).

I went on the website and started the process to buy a ticket to this event. It asked me to select a date and all days (including weekdays) were available between May 27 and June 12.
