Boarding station for MF

I was just wondering for the boarding station for MF is going to be. I want to be able to find it quickly. Is it going to be close to the bay area or more to the inside of the park?
If you look closely on the layout, you will see that it is behind where Aunt Em's used to be (near the former home of Giant Wheel)

Correction: Aunt Em's will still be there. The Chicken BBQ stand was removed for MF. The station will be near that location.

Yes... not sure where the queue entrance will be, thought the art seems to indicate it will be inside that last turn. It's hard to see it, but that's a long way to walk for a re-ride!

Well maybe if they allowed rerides in the park and figured a way to count the guest that rerides that would A. Increase their numbers of riders that they like to brag about. B. Makes a better experience for the park guest. C. Park guests aren't running like idiots from the exit back to the entrance. Safety is no accident, I would hate to see someone get seriously hurt becuase he had to run around to reride. :)

It's a family park, not a park for making families.

What idiot runs around from the exit to the entrance all of the time? ;)

HAHA!:) I must admit that the run back to the magnum entrance can get quite tiring after 20 or so consecutive rides. I've almost run people over several times turning the corner around that pop stand.
I wonder what the picture standing in front of the line with the post telling you how tall you must be to ride will look like. I hope it is NOT another astronaut like on D.T. or Gemini. What are your guesses?
I HATE people who try to run off and sprint back to the entrance. I have knocked many into the rails, stopped to tie my shoes, walked slowly down the ramp, etc. I will continue to as well, get iny my way, you're history, even TOUCH my wife, friends, etc and you will regret the day you heard of Cedar Point..

You losers need to get a life, the whole 20 seconds you have to wait to WALK back to reride will not allow a park full of people to get on in front of you. CP lines are not a football game-it's not about sprinting through to the entrance to reride. Just think, if you do walk back, how many people could possibly get in front of you. Maybe 2 trains full at most unless it is like Labor Day or something, two trains on magnum may delay your ride for a whole 2 minutes!!! Is it worth hurting a lady, a little kid, an older person just so you can brag you got 5 rides in 19 minutes instead of 6? What losers you really are...

I hope I piss you off, I have been hit by too many no lifers trying to run back to reride but now I and the 20 or 30 other season pass owners I know hit back, very very hard.. *** This post was edited by Rob Henry on 2/13/00. ***
Let me restate this-I am not against people who want to reride. I am against the people who dash between exit and entrance, with no regard for others around them-if they hit someone they don't say sorry or excuse me-they act like if you are in the park you should expect to be hit by these reride losers and that's not how it should be nor should a ride have to be designed for "rerideability" nor should a park allow rerides.

If you want to ride 20 times in a row,go on a weekday in May.
Besides the ease of re-rides, positioning the EXIT and the ENTRANCE side-by-side on Millennium Force (Or any other ride) is smart because it prevents riders from getting separated from their non-riding friends in the same group.

On Gemini, Wildcat and Corkscrew, it's easy for me to explain to the others in my group where the exit is located.

On Magnum, Mantis, Mine Ride, and White Water Landing (among others) it's difficult to explain where the exit is located, because the exit is several hundred feet away from the entrance, and quite often, out of sight of the entrance.

The pros know where the exits are, but to someone that is not familiar with the park, this can be a nightmare, and this design probably has caused some grief with park guests and their families.

Hey Rob Henry, maybe the reason they run is because it is the only day they get in the park for the whole year and they want to make the most of it. I admit I run when I get off of some rides. And I run because I don't want to get behind slow moving people like you.
Cp_Genius:
You took the words right out of my mouth. The reason I "run" is because I'm lucky if I get out to the park twice in a year. And by the way Mr. Henry, I have NEVER, EVER, injured ANYONE while getting back into line. I'm trying to squeeze in as much fun into the 11 or so hours that I'm in the park and I'm sorry if you can't understand that. *** This post was edited by Evan on 2/13/00. ***

The loser is anyone who feels that physical retribution is the best way to react to a bunch of kids who are excited about being at an amusement park.

I understand fully what CP genius and Evan are saying. What you don't seem to understand is that you are saving a whole bloody 30 seconds. I have seen people like you knock girls down the ramp getting off of magnum and the stairs on raptor, maybe you have never injured anyone but you know, there is always a first time. Ever see that covered bed golf cart that has a siren and red light-it's called an ambulance and idiots like you are the cause of a lot of it's passengers being there. I have seen this happen many times over the 12 years I have been a season pass holder, so have many of my friends who have been going there as well. We have raised our children their whole lives going to CP every summer, lucky for people like yourselves you haven't hit any of them-yet.

If you wouldn't run like a bunch of unfed animals going to dinner, people like me wouldn't move soslow, running isn't going to get you past people like me.

I bet you'll be proud the day you hurt a kid and can go back and brag to your friends "Hey,I rode Magnum one extra time today, but the girl I knocked down the ramp didn't since she has a broken arm from falling on it but I just kicked her aside and made it on that final ride like a real man!!"
Hey Jeff,

So when a 21 year old "kid" knocks your wife down the stairs of raptor, are you just going to shrug your shoulders and say "Hey,he was just excited about riding"?

I'm sure you will. How long have you been going to CP Jeff? How many season passes have you held? I can remember when Corkscrew was built and Frontier Town was a big attraction, over the years I have seen these "kids" hurt quite a few people. I am not a violent person but when someone deserves it,I am more than happy to give it to them.

Oh,thanks for deleting my account-As usual when it gets too hot you just pull the plug. I am not saying to beat everyone in the line up, I am saying if they come to knock me down,I am not going to take it just so some 21 year old loser can ride one more time.

Yep... I deleted your account, because threatening physical harm to people "is not a sporting event," and violates the terms of service of this site.

For the record, this "idiot" has run to the entrance only once, on a day when Magnum was running one train and Dan and I were going for numbers (42, baby).

The incident you encountered is unfortunate, but it's hardly a reason to lash out at me or anyone on this site. The fact is you don't know the first thing about me or my park-going habits, and personal attacks are inappropriate here.
