If you were a man before the ride started, I'm sure you were a girl when you got back to the station.

They still do have ride nights. Although they are a lot safer now a days then they use to be apparently.

I always kind of wished they did a Paddlewheel ride night, and let the captains tell all the jokes we weren't allowed to use for the guests.

All you had to do to hear that was head over to the Circus once the park closed.........

I hear Mantis they still ride facing backwards. Pry just hurts a little but just about as safe.

I can tell you that this does not happen on ride nights. There is always supervisors and management on platform when a ride night is going on.

Walking the halls of the original Breakers in the wee hours of the morning was always interesting. Quiet at times but when you ran into something...unusual...it was especially interesting.

True story:

A week ago while staying at Hotel Breakers, I woke up at 3 am and decided to do some laundry. Went to get some coffee at the exit of Breakers that leads to the Magnum entrance. While walking back, I'm just looking at all of the cool history photo's on the wall's of Cedar Point and Hotel Breakers while listening to some classical type music playing through the speaker system. No one is around, not even a person is standing at the front desk at the time I walk through. I walk to the front entrance, doors wide open and watch the Cork Screw going through test runs. Still checking out the photo's and listening to music, I head to the rotunda (my favorite place of Breaker's) and still listening to the classical music playing overhead and looking at photo's.

Then I heard the outside door open next to the ice cream shop and this noticably louder music playing. It was the theme song to the show "COPS". All I heard was " Bad boys, Bad boys, whatcha gonna do, Whatcha gonna do when they come for you"! I heard this for like 10-15 seconds until I saw two security guards walk into the rotunda. I looked at them and chuckled and said "morning". They responded back with a chuckle and said "what, no one is up this time of morning", while they walked through the rotunda.

I couldn't help but chuckle some more after they were gone. But, it was nice to see security was doing it's job is the early hours of the morning to keep us safe.

I've noticed a lot more security guards this year, is that just me or has anybody else noticed that?
