As for e-mail, there is a link on their homepage to e-mail the webmaster, but aside from that unless you know a full time employee I'm not sure if they really want to be contacted directly simply because they are very busy right now preparing for this upcoming season.

You could also call 1-800-BESTFUN (I think that is right) and get ahold of a live representative from the park. That works much quicker and easier than trying to E-mail or snail mail them.
