Concern about the yellow train

Since testing has been in full swing I have not seen the yellow train at all! It has been just sitting on the same spot on the transfer track, Does anyone know if it has been used yet. Today they were testing just the blue and red trains. Then again on the rest of the coasters they were just running two trains.

I wondered the same thing. I have been been down to CP getting a closer view of the ride. I have only seen the yellow train on the tranfer track! I don't think anything is wrong with it. But, they will have to eventually test it. Im sure there is a reason.

The future is riding on it!

Maybe they want to make sure everything is "OK" with one or two trains running befroe they run the third, yellow

I was thinking about that, and I'm thinking that maybe they don't have enough water-filled dummies. Does anyone know how many dummies they put in each train? Because if they need every seat full, that's 108 dummies. Heck if they just put half in each train that's still 54 dummies. Now that's still a lot of dummies.
hey im a dummy ill be glad to fill up some space haha

They only have enough dummies for one train. Therefor, they have 36 dummies.

That's not true. If it was, they could only run one train at a time.

On Saturday, they were running the blue train and the red train at least (those are the two that I saw operating); I don't know if the yellow train was running or not. In any case, either the trains were empty, or they have switched from the water bodies to the shot bags.

It appears now that the yellow train is off of the storage track.

Ask and 'ye shall receive...

Kinda spooky, no? :)
why cant they run it without the dummies. I think thats what they do right before they open the park to make sure everything is running fine.

LET ME OFF HERE!!!!!;)
As of Saturday, the yellow train had not left the transfer track yet. It should run soon, hope its not a 2 train operation this weekend.

Intamin roller coasters use the water-filled dummies to distribute the weight as to simulate real people. Other rides don't need to do this.
So are they going to put dummies in it to test it at the beggining of the day?

Yep.
I was just over at the VIP auction for Millennium Force, and noticed that it said you could be one of the first 72 people to ride... not one of the first 108. So maybe they will only run two trains. I just hope they have all three running by May 23

So you are saying that all 3 trains might not running on May 13?

THE FUTURE IS RIDING ON IT!

That's kinda what it looks like to me.

Just to let you know: You may now bid on 108 different seats on MF :) Don't worry...has the Point ever let you down? I mean, it is not like it's a SOUTHERN Ohio park, or anything......

BTW I should mention that the yellow train finally ran today with no problems.
