Construction of the hot shots booth

If you go over to the webcam and look at the lower center area of the picture you see three wooden columns sticking up, I am very certain that will be the home of the photo booth. That leads me to think that the camera will be right after the airtime hill before the final banked turn.

The next worst place to have placed the camera would be the break run.

Actually Vince I have to disagree with you. I think that is good place to have the camera. After the train goes over the airtime hill the track is heavily banked and the track is not straight as the layout leads you to beleive. After that airtime hill and banked area the rider is going to be a little dioriented before they enter the final inversion, opps I mean banked turn. So I think its going to be in a good place. Personally I think MF is going to have one of the greatest endings on any coaster ever.

How would the position of the Hot Shots booth tell you anything at all about the position of the camera?

That said, I think it would be neat for them to put the camera on one of the inversions...but with the camera aligned with the ground instead of with the train. :)

I suspect it will be in a more conventional position, though...

Welcome back Millennium Force riders...We all want to know how was your RIDE!!!!!
Dave, I understand the fact that the location of the Camera has nothing to do with the location of the building that sells the pictures. Just to me if you want think about it logically I would say that the camera would be towards the end of the ride.

I agree with Dan, on this one. That the on ride carmara should be towards the end of the ride. But I also think it should be on the first drop because of the speed, hight, and angle of the best coaster in the world.

Pointing it at your descent from the bunny hill (and there's more rise to it than you might think) would be a good place to facilitate the photos, as they did on Superman's photo position. Click "info" at left to see what I mean! :)
