Can platinum passholders bring a group with them on the rides or is it only good for passholders?

Why would a benefit for Platinum Pass holders extend to people who don't have a Platinum Pass?

The only exception may be (at least based on prior years) is for bring-a-friend tickets during the season pass appreciation ride times. But you'd want to confirm that with the park.
