Exciting News...

Ok i am sure everyone has read that T&T have exciting news that they will leak before next Wednesday... After looking at the pictures from today's blog entry, I am going out on a LONG LONG limb.... So look at the first picture and notice two enterences... what are the possiblities that they are going to have a pass system for Marerick?

I'm going to assume that will be an Employee/Handicap entrance. I would not like a fast pass system no matter how convenient it is, its just unfair. Also, it would have been better to post this in the existing Update thread and not a new topic all together.

^Disney is the only place that knows how to run a free virtual queue system. They also have the money to make it run well.

That's so that you can enter straight onto the ramp if there isn't a need for the queues outside of the old WWL station. If the queues are open outside, that ramp will be closed off.

Agrees about the Handicap entrance... that was my first thought too... but if you look at the pictures the elevator shaft is at the other end... which means you would assume that you would enter near the exit to reduce that distance..... anyother ideas about the second enterance... maybe for the double ride load that they mentioned earlier?

^Loopy? Quick Question so is there a seperate staircase for that line?

But I was under the impression that the stairway that you see in that picture is also the exit of the ride. Or am I seeing things wrong. Does the exit start on the opposite side of the platform and wrap around and back over Maverick's track?

I thought the exit was on the otherside because of the pictures of the giftshop/picture pick-up and assumed it would exit by the old Frontier Inn...

If you look at the picture of the entrance you can see the exit stairs between the two boards that are going to hold the sign above the entrance.

In the Apirl 2nd photo gallery it shows the people exiting to the other side of the platform (lakeside)....

You exit the station from the right/west side, turn right, walk the side of the station, turn right, up stairs, over the track, down stairs, turn left, down stairs, turn right twice(facing south), down the final set of stairs, follow all the way to the onride photo booth/gift shop. You'll also notice, walking to the photo booth (and as you enter the queue), another walkway/ramp......that's the handicap ramp that leads to the elevator.

Simple!:)

Ok I can see that in the first picture... it looks like that staircase ends by the "second enterence" so is it an exit

So honestly this ride many have the most stairs I have ever seen... I think it may break a record for most stairs to get to a coaster...

^Are you just looking for a record?

Anyway, this ride out does Maverick's stairs.

Also, Raptor has just as many stairs.

Note: The elevator is there for a reason.

EDIT: Forgot the picture.

I suspect the "entrance" on the right will be for employees to get from the station to the ride entrance. Although to throw some fuel on the fire, I remember hearing months ago that they were considering having a single rider line for this ride....

And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

That is so not fair to us married riders!
