First Rider Auction?

I know that in the past Cedar Point has offered an auction hosted by the American Red Cross Firelands Chapter for first riders of a new ride. Has anyone heard of this being the case for Gatekeeper this year? I did not know that with the changing of the guard so to speak if this was still in the cards.

I'm pretty sure in one of the recent CP videos it was mentioned that there would be a first rider auction.

There will be an auction. The question now is whether it will be with Red Cross, GKTW or somthing else entirly.

Yeah, that video said within two weeks details would be posted. It has been about a month or so. I figure they are having trouble ironing out the details. I am sure we will here something soon.
