First Visit June 15th. Fast Lane? And other how to tour questions

Hello! Let me first thank you for any replies! I am an Disney planning expert but Cedar Point - never been!!!! Am planning on take my teenage daughter and meeting up with another family with 3 children while we are there June 15th thru June 17th staying at Breakers.

We plan to use the after 4 pm visit on the 15th. Any certain section of the park to visit first that might have less crowds this time of day?

I had planned on surprising all 4 kids with a Fast lane for the 16th. Yes I know it is a Tuesday but as I said I can plan Disneyworld in the height of summer and NEVER have a 10 minute wait. So waits are not something we are use to.....I am thinking an average wait on a Tuesday for lesser grade coasters is 20 minutes...Would this be accurate? I was planning to buy the less expensive fast lane pass for all 4 kids.

The mornings of the 16th and 17th we had planning on extra hour in the morning before park opens to ride the BIGGER coasters not included with the fast lane. Is this reasonable to expect to do 2 in an hour? Any recommendations on which ones to do first?

Any other tips are so welcome!! Wish I could find a tour guide book for cedar point. Thank you!

Wait until the day of to buy Fast Lane. If it's not that busy, you can spend that money on souvenirs, food, or other items instead. And the day you come to the park at 4PM, start in the front. Crowds up front are lighter later in the day. On the days you will be in the park in the morning, start in the back and work your way up front. And since you are staying at Breakers, you get one hour early entry into the park. Hit up Maverick and Millennium Force in that time.

After Millennium Force, go to Rougarou, then go get in line for Top Thrill Dragster. Thats three of the 4 coasters on Fast Lane Plus in the first 1 1/2 hours. The other coaster on FL+ is GateKeeper, but that is usually no longer than 10-15 minutes later in the day!

Thanks much for the replies. My worry about waiting to get fast lane pass is price will go up. When I put 4 im my cart price drops to 65 instead of 75. Historically speaking will price raise as time gets closer?

It may go up a little, but I still highly suggest waiting until you get to the park to buy them. You never know what crowds or weather will be like.

FYI - even in the park, the more FL you buy the cheaper it gets.

MOST IMPORTANT POINT:

As noted above, in the morning start in the rear of the park and move forward. Use the gate near Magnum.

After about 6pm it won't matter, you'll get lots of rides anywhere
