Going to CP with a disability and a three year old

I have Cerebal palsy. I know I can't ride the rides without help so I'm not going to ride any. I do have a three year old though. I help him with everything.

I'm not sure how getting him on the rides is going to work because I'm in a wheelchair. I've asked around to see if anyone wants to go with me but that was a no.

From what I remember prewheelchair the workers would help kids get on and off. Do they still do that?

Sorry if I am making no sense I'm just worry about him.

I assume you'll spend pretty much all of your time in Kiddy Kingdom or Camp Snooy. A three year old should be able to get on or off the rides himself. Ride ops can help with restraints.

Yep that is where we will be while his dad goes and rides all the cool big rides.

There is wheelchair access to every ride now. The whole park has been made wheelchair accessible several years ago.

You will find the ride ops very helpful and friendly with assistance in any way they may help.

That's good to know. I haven't been there in over 16 years. Wasn't sure what was going on.
