Google Street View maps Cedar Point

That would not be pretty.

Yeah, that's one Street View I actually wouldn't want to see.

My author website: mgrantroberts.com.

It would be kinda cool if they could do street view on all the rides lol

The world is getting smaller and smaller. Googles mapping is, in an overused word, "awesome".

On thing I noticed is that the Google bicycle rider (whom you can see parts of in some pix) rode through the gate between the back of the breakers parking lot and the park....near the John Deere lawn mower display. In one photo you can see the access gate being closed after the camera went through....very cool

If you start at the park entrance by the marina, the bike goes thru the access gate to the right of the ticket booth. He is let in by a CP employee in a red shirt. You can then follow the employee in the red shirt, frame by frame as he walks toward windseeker and then guides the bicycle thru a few more access gates near the tents by windseeker. At first I thought i had found Kinzel. Im convinced he has to be in at least one frame somewhere in the park.

Heh, I just noticed that the map for Kings Island allows you to "walk through" Dinosaurs Alive without paying five bucks. No such luck at the Point, though.

The path you tread is narrow, and the drop is sheer and very high.

Did they map the train ride through Boneville?

I doubt the bike would have been able to ride through Boneville. With no path, the camera would have been shaking and where the train crosses the lagoon by Mine ride, I think there is only track to cross on.

Both parks were photographed in 2011. King Island opened their Dinosaurs' Alive attraction in 2011. Cedar Point didn't open theirs until this year which is why it doesn't show up on Cedar Point's street view update.
