It depends on if you think the #1 Steel Coaster in the World is worth the wait.

I have been on Millenium about 7-8 times in the past year and I bring a different friend on it each time. The only thing they can say is "That is well worth the wait" What a rush, a trip to CP is not complete without riding this monster

Stay at Lighthouse Point and the wait can be 5 minutes--for the front car.

Mayor, Lighthouse Point

One of the things I miss working there is always knowing when to go ride with the shortest wait times.

How in the world can you justify going to CP 7 or 8 times in a year and NOT riding Millennium Force?!?!

I know. Millennium is just amazing, and you have to ride it AT LEAST once. I'm sure you'd want to ride it again.

Thrills Around the Corner!

i've waited 3-1/2 hours to ride MF before. and, i'd do it again. :-)

well every time i go its a 2 + Hour wait for a 2 min ride But if you guys say its worth it then ill go 4 it

What time of year were your 8 trips? My 4 CP trips have been opening week, early June, and late August/early September(twice). The longest I've ever waited for Millennium Force was an hour, and each trip we've been able to get in 2 or 3 MF rides each day. Have you checked out a POV video of Millennium? That will show you exactly what the course of the ride is. It seems that the people who don't enjoy Millennium Force are expecting more airtime. I don't know. After viewing the POV literally HUNDREDS of times before my first ride, I knew exactly what to expect of the ride. I just wasn't ready for the exhilaration (sp?) of the speed and the smoothness of the ride. It IMMEDIATELY became my favorite coaster. My 53-year-old mother loves it too. So, I'd have to say that if I went on a busy day I'd be willing to wait 2 to 3 hours for the best coaster on the planet as well.

The wait is part of riding MF and at a park as large as cedar point. Opening day and early september i find it less crowded because i assume it is not peak vacationer season and public schools being in session. You wont be disappointed after a 2 hour wait even though it would be nice for it to be shorter.

TTD launch is the ultimate rush
Millennium Force is the greatest coaster in the world

I waited two and a half hours for my first ride.....it was the most worthwule two and a half hours I ever spent waiting for anything. 2 & 1/2 hours for 2:20.

It is well worth the wait. Its my favorite coaster ever, you'll love it too.

Millennium Force was the first ride I rode on my first trip to the Point, and my friends and I waited about an hour and 20 minutes, and I have to tell you, it was VERY much worth waiting that long in the hot July sun. I loved the ride and it is now my favorite roller coaster I've ever been on.

Definately wait in the line! Its totally worth every second of that coaster!
