Is the Season Pass center open?

Did anyone happen to notice?

It wasn't this morning. I was told it wasn't ready yet but was supposed to be ready today. I was told they were processing passes at Castaway Bay. I stopped there on my way home and was told that they had moved processing to the park today but they wouldn't be open at the park until 3 pm. I didn't go back to the park to see if it opened this afternoon.

I noticed it being open later yesterday afternoon.

Does anybody know it the Pass Center is open today?
We planned on heading up from Fremont around 2.

It is open today, and the process is extremely streamlined. I was more than happy with the results, and you can't beat the purchase to redemption time of 5 minutes, including waiting in line.

Just processed. Much better then the old place.

Looking forward to heading to the Po!nt tomorrow morning, but I have a question: I purchased a platinum pass voucher online, printed it (processing tomorrow morning) and parking is included (as I am sure we all know). Will I have to pay for parking tomorrow since I don't have my pass processed yet or will the voucher serve as a parking pass?
Thanks all!!

if you do have to pay for parking you can get it refunded at the seaaon pass center with one of the cashiers. just take your reciept.

We got our season passes last night. It's open! You can renew your season pass online but it would cost you $5.99.

Turned in my voucher last night as well. Was in and out in about 2 minutes.

That line looks pretty long right now on the webcam.

Wow. I am so glad I did it last night.

So this is a little un-related, but I figure this topic is close enough. Is anyone having any issues with their platinum passes this year? I had a pretty miserable experience this weekend.

I renewed my pass last month, and successfully scanned it at both Carowinds & Kings Dominion. No problem. But Saturday morning, my pass didn't scan at the toll booth correctly. They could see that I renewed it, but for some reason they said it wasn't scanning. Same story at the marina entrance. So they advised that I get it fixed at the processing center.

So I went straight into processing that afternoon thinking I could just get a new pass printed. Wrong. The guy in there said that he couldn't print out a new pass, even after talking to the supervisor. And then he told me that "whatever I did to get that pass, do it again." What does that even mean, given that I renewed online? Haha.

So this morning I went to the actual season pass window around 8:40 am. I explained my issue to the guy, and he said that they should be able to print out a new pass for me. Wrong again. For some reason, the system wouldn't let them print a replacement pass. He went in to see his supervisor, and I waited for about 20 mins while they tried to figure it out. And after all of that, they still didn't get it fixed. They ended up just letting me in for the day, and said that on future visits I may need to go straight to guest relations and explain what's going on, because their system isn't working correctly.

Basically... it's a fiasco. Is anyone else having issues with their pass not scanning?

That's ridiculous that you will have to go to guest services every time entering the park. It seems like there have been problems with the Platinum Pass processing for the past five years. Does anybody know if all of the Cedar Fair parks use the same ticketing system?
