Lazer frenzy game.

Has anybody seen the new lazer frenzy game inside the main arcade? It is pretty sweet. You have to make it to the other side of the room, without breaking the lazer beem. I have a few pictures over at coaterbuzz as seen here....

The game is $3 to play, and is a lot of fun. You play the game and win tickets to trade in for prizes in the arcade.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

That looks cool! I walked through the arcade Sunday to see what was new, but somehow completely missed this game. I will def try it out next time.

The new bowling game is pretty fun too! It's $2.00 a play, but you play a full game.

It's near the back of the arcade. Kind of in the middle.

They had the bowling game for awhile now. I usually play that nearly ever visit. High Game was a 267 on that. (NOT cheating by going to the side to throw the ball at the pins >.>)

I'm glad to see CP got one of these. Kennywood has a lazer maze as well and it's a huge hit. The one at KW actually keeps track of the top times for the whole day, and who ever wins for the day gets a large prize (typically a Steelers jersey) ;)

I have no doubt this is going to be a popular game, but I am kind of suprised that they stuck the game all the way in the back of the arcade.

^ Putting the game in the back of the arcade is probably a marketing strategy similar to putting milk and eggs in the back in the back of a grocery store. They know you're going to be interested, so they want you to look at everything else on your way there.

That's a large prize? Seems like something that would given just for participating. :)

They were pushing those at IAAPA this year. I have not seen the one at Cedar Point but at IAAPA they had a camera in the room and a tv on the outside so you could watch those inside. It is pretty amusing to watch people try it out. They are a lot of fun and I am glad parks are installing them. With the room in the Main Arcade, Cedar Point could get real creative in there with a larger model.

I went in the arcade my very first trip, and never returned. Not that I've got anything against it, I've just always placed the coasters before games. So I haven't seen the arcade since 2002.

The cedar point version of the game has a camera and a screen for you to watch the players on as well.

I'll have to stop by and check it out then.

I have seen it while cutting through the arcade from Planet Snoopy to Kiddy Kingdom... it's right there when you walk through. There is a camera and a display above the door to show you whats going on inside. There is also a few different levels of difficulty to choose from. I also saw a monitor that had high scores, but I didn't really pay too close attention as I was just passing through while working.

Thanks for the heads up on this crazy horse. I played it over the weekend and it was a lot of fun! Wish it was a little cheaper, but I will def be playing again.

Anyone else get to try this game out yet?

I am thinking about trying it out on my next trip.

I think you do win tickets on it. When I was watching a group try the game out, after they were done the game printed out a ticket.

^ All I revived was a ticket with how many points I got on the game.
